Registration Policies — Military Doula Trainings

Registration, Payment & Cancellation Policy

All training programs are offered at a rate of $1,200 per participant, unless otherwise stated and subject to applicable CAPPA policies. Full payment, an approved payment plan or FUNDING Approval from SpouseWorks must be completed to secure your place in the training.

Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

For participants using SpouseWorks funding, enrollment is confirmed once your ETP has been approved and the required funding documentation has been provided to Military Doula Trainings.

Submitting an application or requesting funding does not guarantee a seat in a training until enrollment has been officially confirmed.

Cancellation & Refunds

All payments made toward Military Doula Trainings programs are non-refundable.

Because each training has limited enrollment and requires advance preparation, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations, changes in circumstances, or failure to attend.

Transfer Policy

While refunds are not available, participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future training under the following conditions:

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing before the start date of the originally scheduled training.
Each registration is eligible for one transfer.
The transfer must be used within 12 months of the original training date.
Transfers are subject to availability and must be made to a future training offered by an approved Military Doula Trainings trainer.
Participants are responsible for any difference in tuition if the future training has a higher tuition rate.

Failure to attend a scheduled training without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the transfer option.

Session Make-Up Policy

Participants are required to attend 100% of the scheduled course sessions in order to receive credit for completing the training. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in the training experience. CAPPA reserves the right to withhold certification if attendance or participation requirements are not met.

If you miss a portion of the training, a make-up opportunity may be available depending on the circumstances, instructor availability, and availability of an approved course or future training session.

Additional make-up and administrative processing fees may apply.

If you miss any portion of your training and need to explore available make-up options, please contact Military Doula Trainings as soon as possible.

Military Doula Trainings reserves the right to make adjustments to training schedules, instructors, or delivery format when necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
